Research
This intervention is part of a research project conducted by the Clinical Psychology Research Group (Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, KU Leuven). You can view and read all results related to the associated research below.
Interview study
We consider it important that the Keeping You(th) in Mind programme reflects teachers’ and students’ experiences as accurately as possible. That is why the programme was developed in co-creation with them. This involved a qualitative study in which we interviewed teachers and students who regularly encounter tense dynamics in teacher-student relationships. Using Reflexive Thematic Analysis (Braun et al., 2019), we identified several recurring themes. You can read more about them above!
Study on feasibility & effectiveness
Is our programme also feasible in schools? - That is the question we are exploring in our feasibility and effectiveness study. For this research, teachers are asked to complete a series of short questionnaires at the start, at the end of the programme, and after a six-month follow-up. This study is ongoing, and the results will be posted above soon.
We regularly share our experiences through presentations and/or workshops
